This residential development project in the Dakeng area that was abandoned shortly after construction began in 1995. Due to the developer’s financial failure, the entire venture was left unfinished, and its partially-built structures stood vacant for decades.
Throughout the 2010s, the site became a well-known destination for people interested in exploring modern ruins. The derelict property was completely dismantled and cleared away in 2023.
